Whether you buy it for yourself or give it as a hostess gift, once you hear the secret behind it you will be wondering how you lived so long without it! One of my biggest struggles with the holidays has always been keeping various food items chilled once they are served, but no longer! This granite trivet can be frozen! Then when you are ready to serve your cheese, fruit, etc, just pull the trivet out of the freezer, cut up the holiday treat, serve on the trivet, and enjoy for up to 3 hours! The granite stays cold and keeps the food chilled… I don’t know how I lasted so long without one of these amazing trivets! If you want to know my trick for the really long entertainment days… buy two! Use one until it is back to room temperature and then pull the back up out of the freezer, and if necessary, repeat!
